Utah High School Football - Dixie gets by Riverton

The Dixie Flyers football squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Riverton Silverwolves to 13 in the Flyers non-league win on Friday.

The Flyers now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palm Desert for a non-league battle on Friday, August 26. Dixie will play a Aztecs squad coming off a 35-21 non-league win over Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 1-0.

Coming up next, the Silverwolves play the Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 26. Riverton will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Pirates go into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 16-14 non-league win over Highland (Salt Lake City, UT).
