Kentucky High School Football - Union County defeats Madisonville-North Hopkins

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Union County Braves football squad scored a good 28-6 victory over the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons.

In their next game, the Braves clash with the Hopkins County Central Storm (Madisonville, KY) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 26. Union County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Storm enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 31-23 non-league win over Webster County (Dixon, KY).

The Maroons (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Caldwell County dropped by Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY), 12-3, in a non-league match.
