In Friday's non-league battle, the host Heritage Mountaineers soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Coffee County Central Red Raiders.
The Mountaineers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against South Gibson (Medina, TN). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, South Gibson Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
The Red Raiders (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Walker Valley nudged McMinn Central (Englewood, TN), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
