Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gaels face the Hug Hawks (Reno, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 20. Bishop Gorman will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Coronado (Henderson, NV).
The Mustangs now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to McQueen for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 20. Damonte Ranch will face a Lancers team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Douglas (Minden, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 0-2.
