The Edgewood Bulldogs topped the host Grapeland Sandies volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cross Roads for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Edgewood will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Elkhart (Elkhart, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-3.
The Sandies (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Winona (Winona, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Winona was knocked off by Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
