The Giddings Buffaloes volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Temple Wildcats to 0 in the Buffaloes non-league victory on Friday.
The Buffaloes now have a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bastrop for a non-league game on Friday, August 19. Giddings will meet a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Johnson City (Johnson City, TX). The Bears record now stands at 6-9.
The Wildcats (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Manor (Manor, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Manor dropped by Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
