With the win, Lynchburg HomeSchool upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Patriots host North Cross (Roanoke, VA) to play the Raiders in a bout on Tuesday, August 29. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Crusaders now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southwest Virginia Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. Temple Christian will play a Conquerors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA). The Conquerors record now stands at 0-1.
