The Pike Central Chargers smashed the host Evansville Bosse Bulldogs soccer squad by a margin of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Chargers now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Washington for a Pocket match on Wednesday, August 23. Pike Central will encounter a Hatchets squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Bloomington North (Bloomington, IN). The Hatchets record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Evansville Bosse drops to 0-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Evansville Mater Dei (Evansville, IN) to clash with the Wildcats in a Southern Indiana game on Monday, August 28. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-0.
