The Casey County Rebels volleyball team (Liberty, KY), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY)

The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bell County (Pineville, KY). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Bell County nudged South Laurel (London, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels encounter the McCreary Central Raiders (Stearns, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 19. Casey County will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Garrard County (Lancaster, KY).
