The Rockmart Yellowjackets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting LaGrange Grangers to 0 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Saturday.

The Yellowjackets now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sonoraville for a non-league game on Saturday, August 19. Rockmart will confront a Phoenix team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-2.

The Grangers (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA). The Phoenix enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Sonoraville dropped by Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
