The Scurry-Rosser Wildcats topped the visiting Maypearl Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mabank for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 22. Scurry-Rosser will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Henderson (Henderson, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 0-7.
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX). The Leopards enter the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Van Vleck dropped by Kountze (Kountze, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
