In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Newcastle Racers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Shawnee Wolves.
The Racers (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Duncan (Duncan, OK). The Demons come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Duncan achieved victory over Elgin (Elgin, OK), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wolves clash with the MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 19. Shawnee will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Highlanders come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Newcastle (Newcastle, OK).
