Pieper Warriors (San Antonio, TX) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting United Longhorns (Laredo, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Sotomayor WILDCATS (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 19. Pieper will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The WILDCATS come into the match with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX).

With the loss, United drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX) to battle the Rattlers in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 22. The Rattlers come into the match with a record of 3-1. Rio Grande City won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Nixon (Laredo, TX)
