Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions (Louisville, KY) and the visiting Spencer County Bears (Taylorsville, KY), saw Christian Academy-Louisville's soccer squad knock off Spencer County by a count of 3-0.

The Centurions (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern (Louisville, KY). The Eagles enter the District 28 battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Eastern tipped Holy Cross (Louisville, KY), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bears battle the Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) in a District 30 battle, on Wednesday, August 21. Spencer County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Scott County (Georgetown, KY).
