In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bandys Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hickory Red Tornadoes.
The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.
Next, the Red Tornadoes meet the North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) in a challenge, on Monday, August 26. Hickory will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC).
