The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Bristow Pirates (Bristow, OK) and the visiting Oilton Panthers (Oilton, OK), observed Bristow's softball team prevail over Oilton by a tally of 16-0.

The Pirates (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Inola (Inola, OK). The Longhorns go into the 4A District 7 bout with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Inola was routed by Verdigris (Claremore, OK), 20-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Oilton moves to 3-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Depew (Depew, OK) to encounter the Hornets in a Class A outing on Tuesday, August 20. The Hornets come into the outing with a record of 4-1. Depew won 18-0 in their recent non-league outing against Olive (Drumright, OK)
