Georgia High School Volleyball - Westlake over Griffin

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Westlake Lions (Atlanta, GA) and the host Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA), observed Westlake's volleyball team top Griffin by a tally of 2-0.

The Lions (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Pace Academy beat Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bears meet the Jackson Jaguars (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 19. Griffin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Decatur (Decatur, GA).
