Ohio High School Volleyball - Jackson-Milton over Mathews

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Jackson-Milton Bluejays (North Jackson, OH) and the host Mathews Mustangs (Vienna, OH), observed Jackson-Milton's volleyball team top Mathews by a count of 3-0.

The Bluejays (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Tigers enter the Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Springfield was knocked off by Columbiana (Columbiana, OH), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Mustangs battle the John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles (Warren, OH) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, August 21. Mathews will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bristol (Bristolville, OH).
