Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) boosters were content Tuesday as they observed their flag football squad thwart the host Costa Mesa Mustangs (Costa Mesa, CA), 18-6 in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Patriots come into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Beckman prevailed over Irvine (Irvine, CA), 33-7, in a non-league battle.
