In Tuesday's non-league test, the Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO) softball squad overwhelmed the host Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO), by a tally of 8-2.
Next, the Lions clash with the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Lutheran will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
The Sabercats (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
