Indian Creek Braves (Trafalgar, IN) fans were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the host Beech Grove Hornets (Beech Grove, IN), 7-1 in a league bout.

The Braves now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Edgewood for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21.

The Hornets (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial (Indianapolis, IN). The Crusaders come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Indianapolis Scecina Memorial edged Purdue Broad Ripple (Indianapolis, IN), 10-0, in a non-league game.
