In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Goshen Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 win over the Clermont Northeastern Rockets.
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH). The Broncos come into the Southern Buckeye - American test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Western Brown nipped Bethel-Tate (Bethel, OH), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Rockets now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bethel-Tate for a Southern Buckeye - National test on Thursday, August 21. Clermont Northeastern will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
