Ohio High School Soccer - Valley View knocks off Edgewood

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Valley View Spartans soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Edgewood Cougars.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin (Franklin, OH). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Franklin edged Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH), 7-1, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Eaton for a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. Edgewood will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Talawanda (Oxford, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
