Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Northridge Raiders (Middlebury, IN), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Kingsmen (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN). The Cougars come into the Northern Indiana Soccer Conf test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, New Prairie edged Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN), 9-0, in a non-league test.

The Raiders now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valparaiso for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Northridge will play a Vikings squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Portage (Portage, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.
