The Bears enter the contest with a record of 2-0. Rifle won 15-3 in their recent non-league bout against Meeker (Meeker, CO)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Resurrection Christian Cougars (Loveland, CO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 22. Middle Park will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 17-2 non-league win over Mountain View (Loveland, CO).
