Texas High School Volleyball - Burleson tips Blum

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Burleson Elks volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Blum Bobcats.

The Elks (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Aledo (Aledo, TX). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Aledo edged Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Bobcats face the Crowley Eagles (Crowley, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 21. Blum will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Keene (Keene, TX).
