The Cumberland County Jets (Crossville, TN) volleyball knocked off the host Smith County Owls (Carthage, TN), 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Jets now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Gordonsville for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21. Cumberland County will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Smith County drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Owls host Monterey (Monterey, TN) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
