In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Rio Mesa Spartans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Del Sol Jaguars.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Santa Paula was beaten by St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Jaguars now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oxnard for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26.
