In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Diamond Hill-Jarvis Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Jefferson Patriots.

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Side (Fort Worth, TX). The Steers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, North Side was beaten by Nimitz (Irving, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the S & S Consolidated Rams (Sadler, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 21. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Rams come into the outing with a 8-2 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Collinsville (Collinsville, TX).
