In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Sage Hill Lightning volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Gahr Gladiators.
The Lightning (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Foothill beat El Modena (Orange, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Gladiators face the Whittier Cardinals (Whittier, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 21. Gahr will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Schurr (Montebello, CA).
