North Carolina High School Volleyball - Gaston Day over Lee Park Prep

The Gaston Day Spartans (Gastonia, NC) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hickory Christian Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, August 21. Gaston Day will confront a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Caldwell Academy (Greensboro, NC). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.

The Knights (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Concord Academy (Concord, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Concord Academy defeated Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC), 3-0, in a league bout.
