In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Lumberton Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Hardin Hornets.

The Raiders (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Dayton (Dayton, TX). The Broncos come into the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Dayton went down by Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Hornets now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Hardin will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Anahuac (Anahuac, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-5.
