The Wildcats now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Van Vleck for a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. Palestine will confront a Leopards squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Brazosport (Freeport, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 5-4.

The Dragons (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 8-0 record. In their last game, Pantego Christian gained a win over Bridge City (Bridge City, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
