With the win, Mitchell improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Melrose (Memphis, TN) to confront the Golden Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, August 26. The Golden Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-0. Melrose won 19-14 in their recent non-league test against White Station (Memphis, TN)

With the loss, Hamilton moves to 0-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Wooddale (Memphis, TN) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league test on Friday, August 26. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 0-1. Wooddale lost 47-0 in their recent non-league test against Collierville (Collierville, TN)
