The Ledford Panthers soccer team (Thomasville, NC), 3-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC)

Next, the Cougars face the Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 22. Asheville will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Warhorses enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC).
