The now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Bend Central for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 22. Blue River will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 13-4 non-league loss to Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, West Point-Beemer falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Cadets host Ponca (Ponca, NE) to battle the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 23. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Ponca won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Highway 91 (Leigh, NE)
