In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Scott Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Augusta Panthers.

The Eagles (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Pendleton County achieved victory over Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Boone County Rebels (Florence, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 20. Augusta will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY).
