The Bowie Pirates volleyball team (Simms, TX), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX)
The Bulldogs (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Palestine (Palestine, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Palestine went down by Wortham (Wortham, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates encounter the Redwater Dragons (Redwater, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 23. Bowie will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Jefferson (Jefferson, TX).
