California High School Volleyball - Buchanan over Shadow Ridge

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Bears battle the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 20. Buchanan will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Mountain Lions come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT).

With the loss, Shadow Ridge drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Moapa Valley (Overton, NV) to battle the Pirates in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 20. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 3-0. Moapa Valley won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Douglas (Minden, NV)
