In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Calvary Christian Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the First Presbyterian Day Vikings.
The Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Laurens (Dexter, GA). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, West Laurens lost by Pierce County (Blackshear, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Vikings clash with the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 23. First Presbyterian Day will attempt to advance on its 2-10 season record. The Chiefs come into the battle with a 11-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA).
