Texas High School Volleyball - Morton Ranch over Channelview

Morton Ranch Mavericks (Katy, TX) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Channelview Falcons (Channelview, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mavericks battle the Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 20. Morton Ranch will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Hurricanes come into the match with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX).

With the loss, Channelview drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Atascocita (Humble, TX) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 23. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 3-7. Atascocita lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Hargrave (Huffman, TX)
