Alabama High School Volleyball - Cherokee Bluff tips Grissom

August 20, 2022: Huntsville, AL 35802

Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Grissom Tigers (Huntsville, AL), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears clash with the Baylor Red Raiders (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 20. Cherokee Bluff will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Red Raiders come into the match with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Jemison (Jemison, AL).

With the loss, Grissom drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pelham (Pelham, AL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, August 20. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 2-2. Pelham lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL)
