With the win, Los Fresnos upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Pharr-San Juan-Alamo (San Juan, TX) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Mission Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX)

The Toros now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Highlands for a non-league bout on Friday, August 26. Cigarroa will play a Owls squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Brackenridge (San Antonio, TX). The Owls record now stands at 8-6.
