The Choctaws now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Gibson for a non-league game on Saturday, August 20. Dyer County will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN). The Hornets record now stands at 3-0.

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Millington Central (Millington, TN). The Trojans enter the AA District 15 game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Millington Central was dropped by Covington (Covington, TN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
