The Spartans now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunny Hills for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 23. Villa Park will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 1-1.

The Indians (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Firewolves enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Samueli Academy dropped by Avalon (Avalon, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
