The Fighting Irish (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Buccaneers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Bellflower went down by Cerritos (Cerritos, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 20. Portola will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Matadors come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA).
