Texas High School Volleyball - Wimberley can't hold off Lorena

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Lorena Leopards volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Wimberley Texans.

The Leopards (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Robinson (Robinson, TX). The Rockets come into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Robinson nudged Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Texans clash with the Blanco Panthers (Blanco, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 23. Wimberley will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Davenport (San Antonio, TX).
