The Millikan Rams held off the visiting Schurr Spartans volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rams now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glendora for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Millikan will confront a Tartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over La Salle (Pasadena, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 4-0.
The Spartans (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA). The Bruins enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Woodrow Wilson was nudged by Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
