Indiana High School Volleyball - Victory Christian Academy Morgan Township

The Morgan Township Cherokees volleyball squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Victory Christian Academy Lions to 0 in the Cherokees non-league win on Saturday.

With the win, Morgan Township upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Cherokees travel to Knox (Knox, IN) to play the Redskins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Knox lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN)

The Lions now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Calumet Christian for a South Shore Athletic bout on Thursday, August 25. Victory Christian Academy will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Granger Christian (Granger, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 5-0.
