In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Shoals Jug Rox (Shoals, IN) volleyball team toppled the host South Central Rebels (Elizabeth, IN), by a count of 2-0.

The Jug Rox (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North Knox (Bicknell, IN). The Warriors enter the Blue Chip challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, North Knox went down by Washington (Washington, IN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels encounter the Lanesville Eagles (Lanesville, IN) in a Southern challenge, on Tuesday, August 23. South Central will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Cannelton (Cannelton, IN).
